Role overview
The Product Operations Engineer is the operational backbone of the product organization and works directly with the CTO and Head of Product.
The role connects Product Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market, and Operations as a high-output technical individual contributor.
Key responsibilities
- Bridge Product Engineering and Deployments by enabling teams on new features, managing field feedback, and supporting successful releases.
- Partner with Go-To-Market on technical enablement, Product-Led Sales motions, and feature pricing structures.
- Define and track product and company metrics with Engineering and Strategy and Operations teams.
- Manage in-house labelers and external agencies supporting voice, reasoning, and coding agent training data.
- Use data, documentation, dashboards, and automation to improve execution and resolve operational blockers.
