- Experience working cross functionally with media, strategy, and leadership teams

Role Overview
- The Lead – Client Engagement plays a senior role in shaping and managing strategic client relationships, with a strong focus on public relations, reputation, and advisory led communications.
- This role is responsible for understanding client business challenges, identifying reputational and narrative opportunities, and guiding clients through complex communication landscapes.
- The Lead – Client Engagement works closely with internal PR, media, and strategy teams to align client needs with effective communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership & Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary client lead for key accounts, managing relationships with confidence, credibility, and discretion.
- PR Strategy & Problem Solving: Lead the development of PR and communication strategies aligned with client objectives and broader business goals.
- Media Relations & Narrative Development: Guide media strategy and engagement, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and relevant.
- Account Oversight & Delivery Excellence: Oversee day to day account delivery, ensuring work is timely, accurate, and aligned with agreed strategies.
- Client Insight, Reporting & Recommendations: Provide clients with regular updates, strategic perspectives, and clear reporting on activity and impact.

Required Experience & Profile
