Role Overview
- The Director Client Engagement is a senior client partner responsible for owning and growing key client relationships, providing strategic communication counsel, and ensuring the agency delivers measurable business impact.
- This role sits at the intersection of advisory, growth, and leadership — acting as the primary strategic voice for clients while guiding internal teams.
- This is not an executional or channel led role. The individual leads through judgment, insight, and relationship stewardship.
