Responsibilities
- Manage local recruitment including visas, pre medical tests, and joining formalities
- Coordinate overseas recruitment including job order attestation and work visa processing
- Handle onboarding including medical insurance registration, contract authentication via Qiwa, and bank account setup
- Manage government relations including labor contracts, Iqama processing, trade licenses, and chamber of commerce documents
- Handle office supplies, printing, and stationery
- Upload WPS to Mudad portal and follow up on GOSI invoices

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
- Self starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable items
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
- Managing and issuing Visas for new joiners
- Managing the pre medical tests for new joiners
- Arrange Basic Induction, Joining Formalities once visa issued
- JOB Order Attestation Coordination
- Coordinating with Agency for the Documentation
- Arrange Work Visa processing
- Register the candidate medical insurance
- Authenticating employment contract through Qiwa Portal
- Raise transfer Sponsor request thru Qiwa Portal for Expat Local hiring
- Register/update the salary in Gosi
- Coordinating with employees for Bank account opening and update it on WD
- Ensure all employees labor contracts are registered with MOL
Candidate Profile
