Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support financial and business performance analysis
- Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow trends
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other departments to gather reporting requirements
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial reporting systems
- Automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency through Power BI and Excel
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Assist in identifying business opportunities, risks, and cost saving initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Qualifications & Experience
