- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control practices
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in a production environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Primary Purpose
- Leading and coordinating the activities of the production team, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- This role requires a strong leader who can drive operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring that production goals, schedules, and quality standards are met.
- Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
- Coordinate production workflows and collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control, inventory) to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring that production targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, and communicate results to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and waste management strategies.
- Ensure that production staff are motivated and engaged, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or technical certification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the perfumes industry.
