- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate with Leasing, Property Development, Projects, Operations, Finance, and external stakeholders
- Track the progress of new store openings, renovations, and property related projects
- Maintain and organize contracts, property documents, and confidential records
- Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates
- Support budget tracking, documentation, and administrative processes related to property activities
- Perform other executive and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably within retail, real estate, or property management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while managing multiple priorities
