large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in the UAE
and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Power BI Expert & Report Writer.
Qualifications And Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems –
Mandatory
- Data Modeling & DAX (advanced measures, calculated tables) –
Mandatory
- SQL for reporting and data extraction –
Strongly Preferred
- Integration with Primavera P6 / cost systems (PMIS exposure) –
Preferred
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) –
Mandatory
- Power BI governance, performance optimization, and security (RLS) –
Advantage
- **Professional Experience in:**
- PMC, or project controls reporting environment.
- **Primavera P6, cost, schedule, risk, and change control**
- 7+ years: Program Controls Manager
- At least
- 3 years hands‑on Power BI development
- Previous experience in project/program controls with PMC/Owner’s experience on major programs is highly recommended.
- Experience supporting
- executive or steering‑committee reporting
- Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments
