About the Role

- Conduct regular inspections and tests on powder coated products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Identify, report, and manage non conformance issues, collaborating with production teams.
- Work with production teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints related to quality to improve satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing environment, preferably in powder coating
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Monitor manufacturing processes to identify and resolve any quality issues, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.

- Work with production teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing environment, preferably in powder coating.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
