Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems for aluminium and glass production.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize statistical process control and data analysis tools to monitor performance.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
- Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials from suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen.
Requirements
- 4 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in manufacturing, preferably in aluminium and glass
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes for aluminium and glass production.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to resolve them effectively.
- Utilize statistical process control and other data analysis tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspections, test results, and non conformance reports.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
- Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials from suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve material quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen.
Pay
- AED 4,000.00 AED 6,000.00 per month
