This role involves managing budgets, financial reporting, and compliance, as well as supervising administrative staff and optimizing office procedures.
The manager ensures efficient resource allocation, maintains financial integrity, and supports strategic decision-making through data analysis.
Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of financial regulations are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, admin operations as well.
- Ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations and VAT requirements, conducting calculations and preparing necessary filings.
- analyse what is required for development and efficiant running of the company
- analyse the current market trends and how can we increase our capacity and efficiancy
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to inform management decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Familiar with UAE laws and regulation related to finance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role within a corporate finance environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax regulations and VAT calculations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
