Role Overview
Full-time Pot Washer position in the kitchen and stewarding department.
The role is based in the UAE and supports kitchen cleanliness and operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Wash and clean cooking pots, pans, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure kitchen items are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen washing area.
- Remove food waste and dispose of garbage properly.
- Keep sinks, floors, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Assist kitchen staff with cleaning duties when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Report damaged or missing utensils and equipment to the supervisor.
- Perform other cleaning and kitchen support duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pot Washer, Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Be physically fit and able to work for extended periods.
- Have good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Be hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Be able to work well as part of a team.
