Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the UAE.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
• Experience in catering, hospitality, facility management, or large-scale cleaning operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
• Experience supervising and managing cleaning staff.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance.
• Ability to inspect cleaning work and maintain required hygiene standards.
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Good knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
• Assign duties and monitor cleaning staff performance.
• Ensure all assigned areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, and stock levels.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain hygiene standards.
• Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures.
• Prepare duty rosters and daily work schedules.
• Report operational issues to management and take necessary corrective action.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
