Overview

As a

Sales Manager - Electrical Induction Motors

you will be responsible for supporting procurement operations activities across locations.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth and market development of LV electrical induction motors across assigned regions and industries.

This role involves managing Partners, Distributors, Key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with engineering and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in industries such as oil & gas, power, water, mining, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
  • Expand market penetration through distributor networks, EPCs, OEMs, and end-users.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow strategic key accounts by providing tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and partners.
  • Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close high-value contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, service, finance, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Provide regular market analysis and feedback to management for strategy adjustments.
  • Support product positioning, marketing campaigns, and participation in exhibitions/seminars.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting in CRM tools.
  • Drive contract execution in compliance with company policies and commercial terms.
  • Maintain high standards of ethical sales practices and safety compliance.
