Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Health Plan claims data knowledge [Required]
Health Plan financial analysis [Preferred]
Education:
Bachelor's [Required]
Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics or related field
in analytical field
Work Experience:
2+ working with analyses within a health plan / payor organization [Required]
4+ analytic experience [Required]
Analytics interfaces such as Tableau, Business Objects [Preferred]
Analytics with emphasis in healthcare and/or clinical application and health insurance finances [Preferred]
Statistical applications like SAS, SPSS or R [Preferred]
Technical experience in utilizing analytical software tools and applications [Required]
Working with healthcare, insurance or claims data [Preferred]
