About the Role
Nova International General Contracting seeks a PMV Administrator to maintain equipment records, track plant movements, and support reporting for efficient Plant, Machinery & Vehicles operations across construction projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the PMV asset register, equipment database, and documentation records
- Track equipment allocation, mobilization, demobilization, and transfers between project sites
- Maintain records for plant inspections, maintenance schedules, service history, and equipment certifications
- Maintain and monitor daily equipment timesheets for all plant, machinery, generators, and vehicles deployed on projects
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PMV reports including equipment status, utilization, breakdowns, and fuel consumption
- Maintain diesel and fuel consumption records and support fuel reconciliation activities
- Process and track equipment requests, rental documentation, and supplier/subcontractor records
- Coordinate with project teams, workshops, procurement, and finance departments for PMV related documentation
- Monitor validity of equipment documents, registrations, permits, and third party inspection certificates
- Support PMV cost tracking, invoice verification, and data entry into ERP/PMV systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in PMV administration within the UAE construction industry
- Experience working with construction plants, equipment records, and site documentation
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with ERP systems or equipment management systems
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in PMV administration within the UAE construction industry.
- Experience working with construction plants, equipment records, and site documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems or equipment management systems is required.
