Job Purpose
Provide project management support through monitoring, reporting, governance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Help ensure projects are delivered in line with established PMO standards and requirements.
Project Documentation and Reporting
- Support Project Managers with required project management documentation under PMO standards and procedures.
- Maintain project information, status reports, and records in approved reporting tools or PMIS.
Meeting Support and Follow-up
- Prepare and document minutes for meetings involving leadership, business stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Maintain action trackers and follow up with responsible stakeholders to close agreed actions.
Project Monitoring and Compliance
- Monitor project risks, issues, mitigation actions, status, and progress.
- Support compliance with PMO governance requirements, including stage gates, approvals, and documentation.
