The PMO Lead is responsible for leading day-to-day PMO activities, supporting governance processes, monitoring project performance, and ensuring alignment across project workstreams.
The role acts as a key coordination point between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate PMO activities across assigned projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and tracking updates.
- Support implementation of PMO governance standards and methodologies.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support issue escalation and follow-up on action plans.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and follow-up on action items.
- Support resource coordination and project planning activities.
- Contribute to improving PMO processes and operational efficiency.
- **Requirements**
- **Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management roles.
- Experience in consulting, transformation, or enterprise project environments preferred.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- **Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.**
