Finance Lead

Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and driven **Finance Lead** to oversee and manage the financial operations of our entities in **Egypt and Saudi Arabia (KSA)**.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, treasury, and team leadership, with proven experience in the **logistics or supply chain industry** and a deep understanding of **Saudi and Egyptian accounting regulations**.
• This role requires a hands-on finance professional capable of managing multi-country accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and IFRS standards, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.
• Key Responsibilities* Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations across Egypt and KSA.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure timely closings.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws and Saudi regulations including ZATCA, VAT, withholding tax, and Zakat.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and treasury activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.
• Lead and support the accounting team across both countries.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and ERP utilization.
• Support management with financial insights, KPI reporting, and strategic planning.
• **Requirements**
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Previous experience in **logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain companies** is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
• Strong understanding of:
