Role Overview
Define and execute migration of historical AP/AR invoice data and legacy archives into the reconciliation platform and archive.
Ensure regulatory retention, auditability, accessibility, secure handling, and migration validation.
Migration Delivery
- Define the invoice and legacy-archive migration approach, retention strategy, data-cleansing rules, and validation approach.
- Produce the migration plan and obtain client sign-off.
- Execute extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation of historical invoice data.
- Migrate document metadata and attachments from SAP and non-SAP sources.
- Produce migration validation reports.
Compliance and Controls
- Ensure secure handling of data within the client’s landscape.
- Ensure compliance with tax-record retention requirements.
Required Experience and Skills
- 8+ years of data migration experience on ERP or finance programs with SAP and non-SAP sources.
- Strong SQL, ETL, data-quality tooling, and reconciliation controls experience.
- Experience migrating document archives containing metadata and attachments.
- Experience applying retention rules for tax records.
- Methodical, evidence-driven approach to migration validation and sign-off.
Nice to Have
- SAP Data Services, Azure Data Factory, or a similar tool.
- Oracle Fusion data-extraction experience.
