Role Overview
Establish and manage project governance, standards, reporting, and performance management across multiple projects and initiatives.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish PMO governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Develop project management methodologies, templates, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Consolidate status reports and provide executive dashboards and insights.
- Track KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and portfolio performance.
- Maintain RAID logs and support project managers with planning, scheduling, and delivery governance.
- Identify risks and delays and drive mitigation and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare steering committee and management presentations.
- Support portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Maintain project documentation and lifecycle governance.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of overall experience with strong PMO or project governance experience.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale or complex transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience with portfolio management, governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar PMO tools is preferred.
