Role Overview
Transform complex raw enterprise data into actionable visual insights, interactive dashboards, and executive reporting solutions.
Support data-informed decision-making across the organization between IT infrastructure and business leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Build star and snowflake schemas, optimize DAX and SQL queries, and manage high-performance data models.
- Design and maintain automated ETL and ELT pipelines from ERPs, CRMs, and SQL databases into data warehouses.
- Translate business requirements into KPI frameworks, executive summaries, and functional dashboard specifications.
- Enforce row-level security, data quality standards, and access control policies across BI platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Mastery of Power BI with DAX and Power Query, Tableau, or Looker.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and procedure optimization.
- Working experience with Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or SQL Server/SSAS.
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Certified Data Analyst, or ITIL4 certification is preferred.
