PMC HSE Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSE Engineer with a proven track record in understanding of the complexities involved in large-scale Gas Processing projects to meet objectives for a high-profile client.

This role will be responsible for leading the change process and deliverables for a specific project. The change management engineer will play a key role in ensuring user adoption, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business, processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structure

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related.

10 yrs + experience in HSE.

A solid understanding of organizational change

Excellent active listening skills

Worked exclusively at site location

Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Ability to engage with senior leadership

Excellent written communication and presentation skills

Resilient with ability to work with challenging stakeholders who are often averse to change
