Key Responsibilities
- · Lead shift maintenance activities and ensure quick restoration of equipment during breakdowns.
- · Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize production losses.
- · Coordinate with operations teams for maintenance planning and execution.
- · Monitor equipment condition and identify abnormalities before they become critical failures.
- · Support shutdown and preventive maintenance activities.
- · Ensure compliance with safety, LOTO, TPM, 6S, and workplace excellence standards.
- · Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
