- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership development frameworks.
- Strong exposure to succession planning, talent reviews, and capability-building initiatives.
- Experience in creating learning academies, learning pathways, and digital learning ecosystems.
- Track record of measuring learning impact using data and analytics.
- Strong leadership readiness across critical positions.
- Healthy succession pipeline for key roles.
- Improved organizational capability and talent density.
- High adoption of learning platforms and development programs.
- Measurable business impact from learning interventions.
