Paper Machine 4 Head

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the commissioning, and trial runs of the machine
• Ensure process stability and achieve desired product quality and production output
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and R&D teams
• Establish SOPs for machine operation, maintenance, and safety
• Deliver the design within productivity and desired quality of the product.
• Develop new product at optimum cost of manufacturing.
• Continuous improvement in productivity and reduction in manufacturing cost.

Must-Have Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of OGR, Glassine, Flexible paper base manufacturing
• Strong understanding of material and energy balance , machine design, and critical components
• Familiarity with agro based pulps , refining processes, and barrier property optimization
• Proven track record of successfully commissioning and stabilization of paper machine , preferably in the specialty segment
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Pulp & Paper Technology / Chemical Engineering
• Experience in commissioning food-grade or greaseproof/specialty paper lines
