Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and maintain scalable infrastructure for a platform serving a large user base.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure components for a cloud-based platform.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security through monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Lead initiatives to improve platform scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement infrastructure changes and upgrades.
- Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure management, deployment, and configuration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with Linux systems administration and shell scripting.
