- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high performing infrastructure platforms.
- Provide recommendations for infrastructure and server hardware specifications during procurement.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using approved IT automation platforms.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, providing actionable insights.
- Oversee hardware delivery processes, including inventory control and installation readiness.
- Provision and manage infrastructure components including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments.
- Perform OS installation, patching, and software configuration aligned with best practices.
- Implement and maintain data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
- Develop scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks.
- Provide ongoing support for infrastructure systems and resolve incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or system administration
- Experience with Windows/Linux Server Administration
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper V)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS preferred)
- Experience in storage systems and backup solutions
- Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM, SolarWinds, etc.)
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and high availability concepts

Position Description
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high performing infrastructure platforms to ensure system reliability, availability, and disaster recovery.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide recommendations for infrastructure and server hardware specifications during procurement.
- Participate in evaluation and selection of servers, storage, and infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using approved IT automation platforms.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, providing actionable insights.
- Oversee hardware delivery processes, including inventory control and installation readiness.
Key Activities
- Provision and manage infrastructure components including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments.
- Understand data center requirements for hosting infrastructure and ensure proper deployment readiness.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to define optimal infrastructure specifications and configurations.
- Develop and execute installation and configuration plans for servers and platform components.
- Perform OS installation, patching, and software configuration aligned with best practices.
- Execute and validate installation checklists and acceptance testing.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure availability, reliability, and capacity planning.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to recommend upgrades or improvements.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of platform components.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and audit requirements.
- Implement and support access control, system hardening, and vulnerability management.
- Participate in data center and infrastructure security initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Experience with Windows/Linux Server Administration
