• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all company policies and legislative requirements • Ensure housekeeping, machine condition, and workplace organization standards are maintained • Lead safety investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up activities • Support Joint Health & Safety Committee processes and compliance activities

• Coach and develop supervisors, lead hands, adjusters, and operators • Build accountability and ownership on the production floor • Support recruitment, onboarding, and technical training initiatives • Identify and develop future technical and operational leaders • Promote a culture of urgency, teamwork, and continuous improvement • Address attendance, performance, and disciplinary issues in a consistent and professional manner
