Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment • Strong operational and floor leadership background in manufacturing, converting, printing, packaging, paper, or related industries • Proven ability to lead hourly production teams in a multi-shift environment • Strong understanding of production flow, scheduling, staffing, and throughput management • Experience managing operational KPIs and performance metrics • Practical problem-solving skills with strong sense of urgency and accountability • Comfortable working directly on the production floor in a hands-on environment • Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives is an asset • Strong communication and leadership skills • Flexible schedule and willingness to support off-shift operations as required
