As the Plant Helper, you will provide customers with on-time manufacture and delivery of product that is consistently within contract specifications, as well as ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction with respect to both product and service within a safe working environment. Other duties will include:

Deliver quality product, on time to our customers as ordered.

Assist in site manufacturing process.

Assist to complete all required documentation and reports within time requirements.

Ensure that plant is in good mechanical condition for the safe manufacturing and storage of explosive materials.

Take part in site maintenance and magazine upkeep.

Reliable customer service.

Correctly use workplace hazard controls and PPE when exposed to hazardous materials, environments and procedures.

Comply with all regulatory, health and safety requirements and support the HSE Performance Standards in order to ensure personal safety and the safety of all employees, company assets, and the environment.
