Position Summary
Develop and maintain daily production schedules in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Optimize production resources and inventory while supporting customer requirements and delivery commitments.
Work cross-functionally across manufacturing and business teams to maintain operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily production schedules that balance production efficiency with customer requirements.
- Monitor schedule attainment and proactively address risks to customer deliveries.
- Review demand, identify production or material constraints, and recommend solutions for capacity bottlenecks.
- Maintain inventory levels and produce daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and overhauls to minimize production impact.
- Develop what-if production scenarios and support master-data maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Communicate schedule changes and delivery impacts with Customer Service, Quality, Sales, and other departments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of manufacturing production control or finite scheduling experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
