The intern supports the conversion and maintenance of employee records in an electronic filing system while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with filing protocols.

- Assist with candidate screening and de-selection using Dayforce.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment follow-ups, reference checks, and hiring administration.
