Role Overview

  • We are looking for a driven and capable Planning Manager to support the development of Mega Project(s) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • This is a client facing role responsible for performing more complex aspects of planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the client and contractors to establish work breakdown structures (WBS), CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS).
  • Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
  • Load schedules with resource and cost information.
  • Work with the project team to ensure development and implementation of integrated planning and reporting systems.
  • Develop and manage the delay analysis process and deliverables.
  • Manage and Mentor Planning Team and ensure their deliverables are integrated and up to quality standards.
  • Perform resource analyses to identify potential bottlenecks and resource strain.
  • Update, maintain, and revise monthly and weekly schedules and reports.
  • Coordinate and conduct reviews of consultant, contractor, and vendor schedules.
  • Report on comparisons of monthly schedule updates including changes, delays, or accelerations.
  • Develop and implement an earned value system (EVM) that accurately measures project work progress and performance.
  • Identify program and project risks and provide recommendations to mitigate impact.
