Responsibilities
- Work with the client and contractors to establish work breakdown structures (WBS), CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS)
- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications
- Load schedules with resource and cost information
- Work with the project team to ensure development and implementation of integrated planning and reporting systems
- Develop and manage the delay analysis process and deliverables
- Manage and Mentor Planning Team and ensure their deliverables are well integrated and up to quality standards
- Perform resource analyses to identify potential bottlenecks and resource strain
- Update, maintain, and revise monthly and weekly schedules and reports
- Coordinate and conduct reviews of consultants, contractors, and vendor schedules
- Develop and implement an earned value system (EVM) that accurately measures project work progress and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, engineering, project management, or related technical field
- Minimum 15 years of construction planning and scheduling experience
- Fluency in English is a must
- Multi disciplinary and vertical construction experience (Infrastructure, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Hospitals, Mixed use buildings, etc.)
- Experience in data centers, mission critical facilities, and projects of similar complexity
- Earned Value Management experience
- Experience working with Multinational PMC consultants and Contractors
- Highly proficient in Primavera P6, including resource management
- Experience developing various types of reports targeting different audiences
- Experience in client facing positions

Overview
- Decima International is a professional services company providing project management and controls services.
- We are looking for a driven and capable Planning Manager to support the development of Mega Project(s) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This is a client facing role responsible for performing more complex aspects of planning and scheduling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the client and contractors to establish work breakdown structures (WBS), CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS).
- Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
- Load schedules with resource and cost information.

- Position Classification: Salary based full time hours
