- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Office (Excel, Word); Power BI preferred
- Experience managing a team to deliver results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Planning Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex, large scale programs.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates positive workplace behaviors aligned with organizational values.

- Ensures preservation and organization of all backup documentation.
- Provides guidance and support across all aspects of planning, cost, resourcing, and risk.
- Produces and maintains project schedules in alignment with consultant/contractor submissions.
- Ensures schedules comply with the Schedule Management Plan, planning processes, and Ways of Working.
- Leads resource planning activities to determine required resource levels.
- Develops and implements improvements to enhance schedule quality and reporting.
- Performs schedule analysis to identify performance trends and proposes mitigation strategies.
Additional Responsibilities
- Reviews schedule data for proposals, bids, and contract negotiations.
- Integrates inter‑disciplinary schedule requirements to establish logical work sequences.
- Coordinates with performing organizations to align work sequences with the overall project plan.
- Identifies potential or emerging schedule issues at site level and recommends solutions.
- Identifies risks and develops mitigation plans.
- Clarifies team needs to ensure effective service delivery.
- Reviews and edits project progress tracking and reporting.
- Produces baseline and target schedules for submission.
- Plans and schedules own work to meet required timelines and outputs.
- Ensures weekly and monthly schedule updates as design and construction progress.
- Manages knowledge sharing within the team and with internal stakeholders.
- Responds accurately and promptly to team queries regarding schedule content.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Participates in strategic planning exercises with the wider team.
- Provides input into the development and implementation of planning processes and procedures.
- Identifies key interfaces and manages them to ensure seamless coordination.
- Coordinates with commercial teams to support effective controls across budget, cost, reporting, risk, and change management.
Qualifications
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers
- Primavera Certification (Preferred). Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) – desirable.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize workload under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
