Planning Manager

Overview

• Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Management, Project Management or related majors; Preference will be given to candidates with PMP certification or Primavera P6 Advanced Application Certification; Familiar with Dubai's residential construction project schedule management specifications and the impact of local approval processes on project schedules.
• Work Experience: At least 6 years of planning management experience in the construction industry, including no less than 2 years of schedule control experience in Dubai residential construction projects; Have experience in compiling and controlling overall plans, phase plans and special plans (such as construction nodes, material entry, acceptance nodes) for large-scale residential projects; Familiar with the performance characteristics of local subcontractors and suppliers in Dubai, able to accurately predict schedule risks.
• Professional Skills: Proficient in schedule planning methods such as Critical Path Method (CPM) and Gantt Chart; Skilled in using professional software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; Have the ability to dynamically monitor schedule plans, analyze deviations and formulate correction measures; Able to optimize schedule plans combined with local project approval, weather, labor management and other factors to ensure on-time project delivery; Familiar with schedule-related contract clauses, able to effectively control schedule claim risks.
• Core Competencies: Fluent in English (working language), basic Arabic proficiency is preferred, with strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities; Possess excellent communication and coordination capabilities and team collaboration skills, able to promote various departments to fulfill schedule responsibilities; Have keen risk prediction capabilities, able to identify schedule bottlenecks in advance and formulate response plans; Rigorous and meticulous in work, with strong time management capabilities and execution.
