Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for EPC project
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
- Develop & implement web based dashboard tool to extract data from construction sites and aggregate summary reports
- Coordinate to compile engineering, procurement and construction data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of data presented in dashboards
- Train end users on how to use dashboards and reports effectively
- Link Power BI tool to Primavera P6 schedules to get planned progress data
- Compile and aggregate actual progress from C3 progress measurement system
- Compare planned data with actual progress and represent progress S curves, manpower histograms, and commodity curves in Power BI live dashboard
- Schedule, monitor & report EPC projects to produce daily, weekly & monthly reports
Requirements
- University Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum of 4/5 years of experience preferably within construction or Oil and Gas industry
- Good knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software to link with Power BI
- Expertise in developing & implementing Power BI dashboards
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, management skills
- Team oriented skills, self motivation and direction

Job Summary
- Support Planning Engineer/Planning Senior Engineer in all reporting activities for a project, under supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for EPC project.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Develop & implement web based dashboard tool to extract data from construction sites & aggregate summary report for management.
- Co ordination to compile engineering, procurement and construction data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in the dashboards.
- Train end users on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively.
- Link Power BI tool to Primavera P6 schedules to get planned progress data.
- Compilation and aggregation of actual progress from C3 progress measurement system (PMS).
- Compare planned data with actual progress representing progress S curves, manpower histograms and commodity curves in Power BI live dashboard.
- Scheduling, monitoring & reporting of EPC projects to produce daily, weekly & monthly reports of progress, quantities, manpower, manhours.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- University Degree or Diploma in relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum of 4/5 years of experience preferably within the construction or Oil and Gas industry.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, management skills.
- Good knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software to link with Power BI.
- Team oriented skills, self motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
- Expertise in developing & implementing Power BI dashboards.
