Role Overview
Planning Engineer role focused on kitchen projects and project planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical paths.
- Coordinate with sales, design, technical, procurement, production, logistics, and installation teams.
- Track procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and installation activities.
- Identify delays and prepare recovery plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead reports, and KPIs.
- Support resource planning, risk management, and project forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of planning experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, kitchen installation, joinery, or construction projects.
- Strong experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Advanced Excel.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
- Power BI knowledge or PMP certification is advantageous.
