Role Overview
Horton Interiors is hiring a Planning Engineer for interior fit-out projects in Dubai, UAE.
The role manages project scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera, aligned with BOQs, signed contracts, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams on sequencing, resource allocation, and cost tracking.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules weekly.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit Extension of Time requests when project delays occur.
- Support pre-contract planning by preparing draft schedules for upcoming projects.
Requirements
- At least three years of planning and scheduling experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- Planning Engineer experience in the UAE is required.
- Proficiency in Primavera and strong understanding of BOQs and cost allocation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with EOT preparation experience.
- Strong coordination and reporting skills for communication with project teams and clients.
