Role Overview
Horton Interiors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator.
The role manages the full proposal lifecycle from lead intake to final submission and follow-up.
The coordinator serves as the central point between internal departments and clients during bidding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track incoming leads and enquiries through CRM and internal trackers.
- Gather project details, timelines, and requirements from clients.
- Organize and lead proposal kick-off meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate estimation, design, and project teams on technical and commercial proposals.
- Compile proposal packages and secure internal approvals before submission.
- Submit proposals according to client requirements and deadlines.
- Manage client follow-ups, RFIs, and clarification requests.
- Maintain records of proposals, revisions, and communications.
- Distribute finalized documentation to the assigned project team after project award.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
- Two to four years of experience in bid coordination, proposal management, or a similar role is required.
