About the Role
TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC is seeking a Planning Engineer in Dubai to develop and monitor project schedules for interior fit-out and joinery projects using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, look ahead plans, and progress reports
- Track project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, risks, and critical activities
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Design, and Commercial teams
- Monitor procurement activities, material deliveries, shop drawing approvals, and site execution progress
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients
- Develop and maintain a centralized dashboard to monitor multiple projects
- Analyze project performance, identify schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery plans
- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning updates
- Ensure accurate progress measurement, reporting, and documentation
- Support tender planning, resource forecasting, and project handover activities
Requirements
- 4 8 years of experience in planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Experience in interior fit out and joinery projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Monitor procurement activities, material deliveries, shop drawing approvals, and site execution progress against planned schedules
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients
- Develop and maintain a centralized dashboard to monitor and present the progress of multiple ongoing projects in a single view
- Analyze project performance, identify schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions to minimize delays
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery plans to bring projects back on track
- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning and scheduling updates to stakeholders
- Ensure accurate progress measurement, reporting, and documentation across all assigned projects
- Support tender planning, resource forecasting, and project handover activities
