- Prepare and review pre tender and post tender project schedules
- Coordinate planning activities across Design, Procurement, Commercial, and Construction teams
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Perform critical path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule forecasting
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Lead programme review meetings with consultants and contractors
- Ensure planning standards, methodologies, and documentation are maintained across projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 5–7 years of relevant planning experience within real estate development or construction
- Strong understanding of UAE authority approval processes and project delivery timelines
- Experience managing multiple projects and complex schedules
- Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies and scheduling principles
- Excellent analytical, coordination, communication, and organizational skills
