- Develop and maintain detailed project Baseline Programs, including comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity sequencing, and key milestones
- Utilize Primavera P6 to create, update, and resource load project schedules
- Prepare and update detailed Weekly and Monthly progress reports, incorporating S curves, Gantt charts, Manpower Histograms, and other essential visual tracking tools
- Monitor actual project progress against the baseline schedule, identify critical path activities, and proactively highlight potential delays or deviations
- Lead regular progress review meetings with project management and site teams to address scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure the project schedule strictly aligns with the practical execution strategy and that all milestone targets remain achievable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in construction project planning and scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) terminology, sequences, and interdependencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset with high attention to detail

The ideal candidate will come from a solid civil engineering background and possess a proven track record in handling comprehensive project planning and scheduling tasks within the civil
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) terminology, sequences, and interdependencies. Knowledge of cost control processes is considered a distinct advantage.
