- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across multiple work areas
- Lead and manage foremen, skilled workers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient site operations
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials based on project priorities and construction schedules
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and work plans to ensure accurate execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, and HSE personnel to resolve site issues
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies
- Inspect ongoing work to identify defects, implement corrective actions, and maintain high quality workmanship
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of construction equipment and tools
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to avoid project delays
- Prepare daily site reports, manpower reports, and progress updates for project management
- Resolve site conflicts and technical issues while maintaining productivity and minimizing delays
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry
- At least 3–5 years as a General Foreman
- Strong experience in building, commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and sequencing of work activities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines

Job Summary
- The General Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
