Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Development: Develop and maintain detailed project Baseline Programs, including comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity sequencing, and key milestones.
- Software Utilization: Proficiency in utilizing Primavera P6 to create, update, and resource load project schedules.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare and update detailed Weekly and Monthly progress reports, incorporating S curves, Gantt charts, Manpower Histograms, and other essential visual tracking tools.
- Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor actual project progress against the baseline schedule, identify critical path activities, and proactively highlight potential delays or deviations.
- Team Collaboration: Lead regular progress review meetings with project management and site teams to address scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
- Strategy Alignment: Ensure the project schedule strictly aligns with the practical execution strategy and that all milestone targets remain achievable.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) terminology, sequences, and interdependencies. Knowledge of cost control processes is considered a distinct advantage.
