- Experience working in EPC or utility based projects is an advantage
- Proven experience in planning and scheduling of 33/11 kV primary substation projects
- Strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems and substation components
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, and scheduling software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
