Role Overview
Manage project planning and execution tracking across the construction lifecycle from excavation through handover.
Coordinate closely with contractors and consultants while applying technical knowledge of construction processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project plans for all construction stages from excavation to handover.
- Monitor and maintain an ongoing record of site activities.
- Ensure planned activities are implemented within scheduled timelines.
- Act as the single point of contact between contractors and consultants.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and analyze Bills of Quantities.
- Apply civil engineering principles and construction process knowledge to planning and execution.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Planning Engineer in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and on-site construction processes.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and analyzing Bills of Quantities.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Proficiency with computers and relevant planning and reporting tools.
