Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project plans covering all stages of construction from excavation to handover.
- Monitor and maintain an ongoing record of site activities.
- Ensure planned activities are implemented within scheduled timelines.
- Serve as the single point of contact for coordination between contractors and consultants.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and analyze Bills of Quantities.
- Apply civil engineering principles and construction-process knowledge to planning and execution.
Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Planning Engineer in real estate or construction projects.
- Have a strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and on-site construction processes.
- Be proficient in reading technical drawings and analyzing Bills of Quantities.
