Lead project planning and scheduling for complex construction projects in the UAE.
Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules to support timely delivery and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage baseline project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Integrate project phases, milestones, and deliverables into schedules.
- Conduct delay analysis, resource loading, productivity tracking, and schedule risk assessments.
- Provide program updates, progress reports, and forecast planning.
- Prepare early warning reports, trend analyses, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate schedules with Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, and Engineering teams.
- Support claims management and extension-of-time analysis with accurate documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience is required.
- High-rise building or community development experience is preferred.
- Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency is essential; certification is preferred.
- PMP or AACE PSP certification is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.
Compensation
- AED 12,000 to AED 18,000 per month.
