Planner/Scheduler

As an experienced Planner/Scheduler, you will be scheduling, planning, monitoring and reporting on deliverables and milestones using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and other tools. You will primarily be responsible for the development of tender phase programs for our Major Project pursuits and work collaboratively across the Pre-Contracts and Delivery teams to support planning analysis, tasks and activities including the maintaining, updating and the preparation of status reports, design and construction schedules and plans to provide accurate information in support of the project delivery team.

Implement project planning & monitoring processes and systems, particularly focusing on time, cost, resources & quality (project controls & earned value)

Work with the Pre-Contract team to develop competitive, innovative and robust programs to help demonstrate and articulate our offerings as part of the procurement process

Seek and manage input from delivery, commercial, procurement and engineering resources in building cost and resource loaded programs that support the chosen methodology and delivery strategy, and participate in post-tender discussions to present/ defend the key elements of our program

Provide Basis of Schedule documentation to accompany the program as a returnable schedule as well as for internal review and governance requirements

Work with the National Project Controls Manager to ensure tender phase programs are set up and in line with Project Delivery process expectations.

Provide ongoing input and review/ assistance to Project Delivery Schedulers when required.
